Prariefire reliably crashes when attempting to check bookmarks, either a minimal selection (a dozen) or the whole list. It gets perhaps 6-8 bookmarks in and freezes. Suggestions?

I have a registered version of SP. Your update is not allowing me to use my paid for app. Where do I enter the serial number to activate this application? austerimages@me.com

No bookmarks are being deleted when the feedback says they are.

Explain this message to me: Safari cannot be not running at this point and will be quit. Do not start Safari."

I tried the program with Yosemite & newest Safari. Programs starts, fetches the bookmark list but freezes even with a small selection of bookmarks. Should it work with 10.0.3?

Thank goodness for backups. Safari Prairiefire not only deletes all duplicates, it deletes absolutely everything.

I ran prairiefire against my Safari Bookmarks and now Safari does not see any bookmarks. It looks as though I have completly lost all my bookmarks and have the 'startup' bookmarks which you get in a new Safari install. If I run Safari Prairiefire and select 'Get Bookmarks' I can see a list of my bookmarks, but it does not show up in Safari.

Any Ideas? Is there a way to restore my bookmarks from the backup 'plist' file?

I registered my copy of Safari Prairiefire 2/9/13 and have yet to be able to use it successfully. It crashes every time I try to delete unwanted bookmarks. I get a 104 error. HELP!!!

The update log says v1.9.1 it fixes the problem of reseting bookmarks to defaults. It doesn't; mine were reset to default. Also got a unhandled exception error and crash.

I don't seem to be able to complete a full Prairiefire scan anymore- it just hangs. At least, I think it's hanging- should it take longer than a full day? I've tried re-installing, and attempted it both with the latest versions of Snow Leopard and Lion. (Mac Pro, 14gb ram, quad-core). I will note that I have about 3,500 bookmarks, but there's nothing in your support docs indicating a maximum size/size limitations. Thoughts?

Problems launching Safari Prairiefire?

The by far most common reason is that the app was not installed correctly. Please make sure you drag the app icon from the downloaded disk image onto a folder such as the Applications folder on your hard drive. The application will not run if launched directly from the disk image.

Safari Prairiefire can only verify that bookmarks work. The Find Duplicates feature will list dublicate bookmarks, i.e. links poining to the same URL. The current version will not analyze and compare the contents of folders and subfolders.

I'm evaluating your Prariefire products and would like to know this in advance of purchase.

I've got  about 3000+ bookmarks, many of which are duplicate, including folders and subfolders. What I would like to kno is how your product deals with the following example scenario: I have a bookmark folder called 'Photoshop', within this are two folders called 'brushes' and 'actions'. Each of these has 5 bookmarks within it. Unfortunately (i suspect due to .Mac problems), the folders 'brushes' and 'actions' have been duplicated but the duplicate folders do not contain all, but only some of the 10 URL's. Does your software only keep the folder with the most URL's within it? I'm worried that it might keep the folder with less URL's bookmarked and thi way I could loose hundreds of bookmarks!!  I'd appreciate your reply.
